Meet the team –  Rowan Scarth    

Rowan is a Solicitor in the Commercial and Public Sector team, based in the Leeds office. She is part of DWF's Procurement Centre of Excellence.

 

Rowan trained at an international law firm and has over 3 years' experience advising clients across a range of sectors including health, central and local government, before joining DWF in July 2025. Rowan has been described in the legal directories as a "name to note" (Legal 500).

 

Rowan has experience supporting private and public sector clients on a range of issues from business-as-usual advice to supporting on long term major public sector projects. Particular experience includes advising on regulated and non-regulated commercial contracts, joint working arrangements and major procurements for health and technology services.
