Meet the team – Christine Williams  

Christine is a Director in the Commercial team and is based in the Manchester office.  She has extensive experience of supporting clients in both the public and private sectors on a wide range of commercial contracts, from providing advice on contract terms, to drafting and negotiating high value contracts.  She is a member of DWF's Procurement Centre of Excellence and the Procurement Lawyers Association.


She also supports public sector clients once a preferred bidder has been identified following a public procurement exercise.  This includes supporting the client with the transition from incumbent to a new supplier, from providing strategic advice, reviewing and reporting on existing contractual arrangements, and drafting and negotiating appropriate agreements.  


Christine has experience of project managing transactions too, most recently in relation to various ancillary contracts connected to a major contract for the provision of services to a public sector body.
