Emily is a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Public Sector team, based in the Liverpool office. She is part of DWF's Procurement Centre of Excellence.

 

Emily is an experienced commercial and projects lawyer working across a range of sectors including energy, transport and social infrastructure, specialising in major public sector projects. Emily has experience supporting public and private sector clients on a range of issues from business-as-usual advice to supporting on long term complex and bespoke projects. Her experience includes work on grant agreements, IT contracts, long-term service contracts, joint venture agreements and PFI agreements.
